Do they not see the birds controlled in the atmosphere of the sky? None holds them up except Allah. Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe. - Quran:An-Nahl 16:79 (islam)
-How come we understand how birds fly and it has not magic?
Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe? - Quran:Al-Anbya 21:30 (islam)
[45]Have you not considered your Lord - how He extends the shadow, and if He willed, He could have made it stationary? Then We made the sun for it an indication.

-Is God aware how shades work?
- Or is it possible to make a set of physical law where shade remain still?
- Maybe is it a metaphysical matter?
And We made the sky a protected ceiling, but they, from its signs, are turning away. - Quran:Al-Anbya 21:32 (islam)
-Is it a ceiling or just the earth atmosphere?
- How a meteorite burn in the atmosphere, Is it because constant pression on the air heat the meteorite or is there a divine ceiling?
- Why an omniscient God could not have been clearer?
Do you not see that Allah drives clouds? Then He brings them together, then He makes them into a mass, and you see the rain emerge from within it. And He sends down from the sky, mountains [of clouds] within which is hail, and He strikes with it whom He wills and averts it from whom He wills. The flash of its lightening almost takes away the eyesight. - Quran:An-Nur 24:43 (islam)
-Does Allah aim specifically rain and hail?
And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy, and We send down from the sky pure water - Quran:Al-Furqan 25:48 (islam)
-Who believes today that we need Allah to explain this?
And who sends down rain from the sky in measured amounts, and We revive thereby a dead land - thus will you be brought forth - - Quran:Az-Zukhruf 43:11 (islam)

Chapter: Istisqa' in the Khutba on Friday
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Once in the lifetime of the Prophet (p.b.u.h) the people were afflicted with drought (famine). While the Prophet (ﷺ) was delivering the Khutba on a Friday, a Bedouin stood up and said, "O, Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Our possessions are being destroyed and the children are hungry; Please invoke Allah (for rain)". So the Prophet (ﷺ) raised his hands. At that time there was not a trace of cloud in the sky. By Him in Whose Hands my soul is as soon as he lowered his hands, clouds gathered like mountains, and before he got down from the pulpit, I saw the rain falling on the beard of the Prophet. It rained that day, the next day, the third day, the fourth day till the next Friday. The same Bedouin or another man stood up and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! The houses have collapsed, our possessions and livestock have been drowned; Please invoke Allah (to protect us)". So the Prophet (ﷺ) raised both his hands and said, "O Allah! Round about us and not on us". So, in whatever direction he pointed with his hands, the clouds dispersed and cleared away, and Medina's (sky) became clear as a hole in between the clouds. The valley of Qanat remained flooded, for one month, none came from outside but talked about the abundant rain. - Sahih:Al Bukhari:933 (islam)
-If it is confirmed in a sahih hadith, is it true?
- Who believes that Mohamed made the rain fall?
Do you not see that Allah has subjected to you whatever is on the earth and the ships which run through the sea by His command? And He restrains the sky from falling upon the earth, unless by His permission. Indeed Allah, to the people, is Kind and Merciful. - Quran:Al-Hajj 22:65 (islam)
-Was it the wind and humans that guides the ships, or does it mean Allah is directly responsible for the winds?
- Why science explain now where the wind come from, is it God of Nature?
- How can the Sky fall down, is the earth flat?
And it is He who has released [simultaneously] the two seas, one fresh and sweet and one salty and bitter, and He placed between them a barrier and prohibiting partition. - Quran:Al-Furqan 25:53 (islam)
-We did find some instance where river waters seem to not mix with sea waters, but at the end aren't they mixing?
- Where is the barrier?
- What about Science as an explanation, instead or a divine miracle?
It is your Lord who drives the ship for you through the sea that you may seek of His bounty. Indeed, He is ever, to you, Merciful. - Quran:Al-Isra 17:66 (islam)
-What is the bounty, is it about capturing, killing and taking bounty?
- Who believes Allah steers the ships?
